城市定向比賽
世界衞生組織將「步行」列為「世界上最好的運動」,既不受年齡、場地或裝備限制,且有助改善身心健康。此外,以步行代替乘搭短途交通工具,更可減少碳排放,舒緩氣候變化。
世界綠色組織誠邀您參與「『足』救氣候‧留住冬天」城市定向比賽,培養以步代車習慣,為香港減碳出力之餘,亦可體驗城市遠足的樂趣。
縱使身在市區,沒有專業裝備,也可出外走走,觀賞大廈以外的城市景色,感受自然環境,發掘不一樣的香港面貌。
比賽簡介及費用
日期: 2019年9月22日
時間: 上午8:30 - 下午3:00 (競賽組 起跑時間: 上午10:00 ; 繽紛組 起跑時間: 上午10:30 開始)
起/終點:觀塘 海濱道 發現號VESSEL 01 ( 近海濱公園 )
比賽限時:2小時
活動地點:東九龍(觀塘、秀茂坪、牛頭角、九龍灣及啟德)
目的: 提升參加者對氣候變化的關注,養成以步代車習慣,為氣候變化出力

比賽模式:參賽隊伍根據大會於比賽當日派發的地圖,並於2小時內 (由出發時間開始計算) 到訪不同檢查點(Checkpoint),目標以最短時間收集最多減碳分數。大會將設冠、亞、季軍,每個組別總分數最高隊伍為勝。
比賽特色:
今年首設「競賽組」賽事,定向愛好者可試試新意思,從城市定向比賽中學習環保知識
比賽結合智慧及體力考驗,參加者不能乘搭任何公共交通工具,必須於城市中步行並尋找檢查點,每一個檢查點會按距離,定出不同的分數,而所收集的總分數將成為獲勝的關鍵點,令比賽更刺激及富挑戰性,亦使參賽者對路線計劃及策略增添難度
為增加刺激性及好玩度,今年增設全新定向點,參賽者可探索新的定向點

比賽模式:大會將於比賽區域內設置不同的檢查點 (Checkpoint),繽紛組的每個檢查點將分成以下兩項任務:

參賽隊伍根據大會於比賽當日派發的地圖,並於2小時內 (由出發時間開始計算) 到訪不同檢查點(Checkpoint) 並完成任務,並於限時內返回終點。比賽不設指定路線,參賽隊伍可自由設計路線及制訂策略以到達各檢查點,務求在限時內取得最高減碳分數。

透過團隊合作,於鬧市中尋找不同的檢查點(Checkpoint),並挑戰各項綠色任務,參加者可自攜可回收物資(包括膠樽及鋁罐等物品)以完成環保任務,培養乾淨回收習慣,支持減廢

活動細則 Event Rules and Regulations
報名Enrolment
1.參加本活動需要一定體力勞動,各隊員必須健康狀況良好,方可參與是次活動。如患有任何心臟病、呼吸系統疾病 (如哮喘等)、脊骨損傷等,請先行向醫生諮詢有關身體狀況是否適合參與,以確保安全。如年齡超過70歲者,需提供醫生證明。
Participants should be in good health and should be suitable to participate in this event. Please consult your doctor before enrolment for any illnesses such as heart disease, respiratory system disease (e.g. asthma) or bone injury, etc. For participant aged over 70, please kindly provide a certificate of consultation.
2.如參賽者未滿18歲,須獲其家長或監護人簽署確認「參加同意書」。
Participants aged below 18 must obtain consent from a respective parent / guardian.
3.參加隊員最低年齡要求為6歲。如有隊員為6歲以下,請於報名前向大會查詢。
The minimum age of participants is 6 years old. Should any team member be aged below 6, please contact the organiser before submitting the form.
4.若大會於報名期內仍未收到報名費用,該隊伍的參賽資格將暫時凍結而恕不另行通知。資格被凍結期間,參賽名額將優先給予候補名單的隊伍。
If payment is not received before the deadline, the application will be temporarily put on hold without further notice. The quota will be given priority to teams on the waiting list.
5.名額有限,額滿即止。如名額於截止日期前爆滿,本會將隨即停止接受報名,恕不另行通告。
Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. If applications are oversubscribed before the deadline, the organiser will stop accepting applications without further notice.
6.報名費不能作扣減稅項之用。
Registration fee is NOT eligible for tax reduction.
7.參賽者如被發現虛報個人資料,大會有權取消其參賽資格。
The organiser reserves the rights to disqualify any participant who has provided incorrect personal information during enrolment.
更改參賽資料安排 Arrangement of Updating Information
1.隊伍如欲更改隊員名單或報名組別等的資料,隊伍須以電郵方式通知大會,以更改資料。每次更改將收取HK$100之行政費,並需存款至「世界綠色組織」銀行戶口。
In the case of wherein a change or update of the team member list, team category or other team information is needed, please contact the organiser by email. Teams will be charged HK$100 per transaction and need to deposit to the bank account of “World Green Organisation”.
2.截止報名後大會將不接受任何更改。有意更改資料的隊伍可繼續參與活動,但不能競逐任何獎項。
No change shall be allowed after the enrolment deadline. Teams intending to do so will be still allowed to participate in the game but will not be eligible for the awards.
3.報名或資料更改一經接納,所收費用恕不退還。
Transaction fees are non-refundable once the enrolment or the update of information is accepted.
所有賽事賽例Rules of the Competition
1.參賽隊伍根據比賽當日出發前派發的地圖,並於2小時內 (由出發時間開始計算) 到訪地圖上不同檢查點的電子打咭器打卡,並於限時內返回終點。
Within the specified time period of 2 hours (counting starts from departure), teams have to check-in at different checkpoints with the help of the competition map provided by organiser on the day of the event and return to the finish line before or within the time limit.
2.所有「檢查點」將顯示在比賽地圖內,每一個檢查點有不同分數,分數由其距離、難度等而定出。部份指定檢查點設有特別任務,全隊隊員完成指定任務後可獲額外分數。
All the checkpoints with different scores are scattered in the race area. The score of each checkpoint is varied depending on the distance, level of difficulty, etc. In some checkpoints with special tasks, all team members are required to complete them together to get bonus score.
3.比賽以計分形式進行,取高分者為勝出,若同分者則以最短時間完成賽程者為勝。
The competition is a “score-orienteering competition”. The team with the highest score will become the champion. If there is a tie in scores, the team with shorter finishing time will be the winner.
4.超時的參賽隊伍將會被扣分。超過比賽限時每1分鐘會扣除一定分數,不足1分鐘亦當一分鐘計算。超時逾10分鐘返回終點不計算成績。
Teams finishing late will be penalized at certain points per minute. The penalty will be counted in minutes. Teams passing the finish line with more than 10 minutes late may be disqualified.
5.每名參賽者獲派發一張號碼布。全隊隊員於比賽期間必須將號碼布掛於身前可見位置,以便工作人員辨認,否則大會將有權取消其參賽資格。
Each team member will be given a bib number for identification. Participants should put on their bibs on their chest and ensure they are clearly visible to the staff member at all times. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply.
6.每隊將獲派發一個電子打卡器,每當參加隊伍完成檢查點任務時,隊伍需在電子打咭器上打咭以記錄到訪位置及時間。
Each team will be given an electronic timing clip. Whenever a team reaches or completes the checkpoint task(s), the team is required to tap the clip for timing and marking the locations.
7.比賽期間遺失號碼布或電子打卡器,隊伍需返回大會會場補領,方可繼續比賽,違者將被即時取消參賽資格。
If any participant lost the number bibs and/or electronic timing clip during competition, he/she together with his/her team members should return to Start/Finish point together for re-issuing the number bibs/timing clip. Violation of this will be disqualified.
8.參賽隊伍不能接受其他人的協助及支援以完成賽事,亦不可故意跟隨其他參賽隊伍。
Teams compete on a self-sufficient basis. Any support in whatever form or manner i.e deliberately following other teams is not allowed.
9.參賽隊伍必須遵守交通規則,並使用行人通道和相關設施橫過馬路,不可沿車道前進。如有發現違規隊伍,包括衝紅燈,可被取消資格。
Participants must comply with the traffic rules i.e use of pedestrian facilities. Violation of this rule, including “running the red light” will risk disqualification.
10.比賽以隊制比賽,所有隊員必須一同作賽,全隊隊員須一同於起步禮中出發、同步到達各「檢查點」,並完成指定任務方可打咭,並一同抵達終點才算完成比賽,否則其隊伍競逐獎項的資格將被取消。
To complete the competition, all team members of participating team should depart from the start point, check-in at the checkpoints after completing the tasks and arrive at the finish point all together. Violation of this will risk disqualification.
11.隊伍不得移動或損壞檢查點或大會設施。若有損毀,須按價賠償。
Removing or damaging any checkpoint devices and venue properties are prohibited. Violating teams shall undertake the obligation for indemnity.
12.比賽期間,隊伍只可以步行、跑步進行。隊伍不可乘搭任何代步交通工具,公共或私人交通工具,包括但不局限於巴士、小巴、港鐵、的士、客貨車、單車等。
Teams are only allowed to proceed on foot. Teams are not allowed to travel on any mobile vehicle, public and private transportation during the race, including bus, minibus, MTR, taxi, van and bike etc.
活動前 Before the Event
1.如有個別隊員於賽前或比賽期間因任何原因缺席或退出,該隊伍可繼續參與,但不能競逐任何獎項。任何情況如隊伍少於2人,不可出發或參與比賽。
If there is an absence of teammate(s) before or during the competition, the team is still allowed to participate in the competition but will not be eligible for the awards. Teams with less than two participants in any situation will not be allowed to start or participate in the competition.
2.隊伍須於指定時間到達比賽場地報到,屆時全隊隊員須齊集及佩戴隊伍號碼布。除非經已向大會申請退出,若隊員未齊或有隊員下落不明,大會有權拒絕辦理登記手續。
Teams should arrive at the event venue at designated time of check-in. All team members should be present, with the number bibs attached. Except for those who have officially reported to withdraw, the organiser reserves the right to reject check-in for teams that are incomplete.
3.大會建議參賽者穿著大會提供的T恤或以綠色為主調的衣飾。
The organiser encourages wearing the “Green Walk Hong Kong” official T-shirt. Participants are advised to wear clothes that are in shades of Green.
4.活動場地設行李寄存區,隊伍可選擇寄存或自行保管財物。但大會不會承擔任何參賽者的財物損失。
Luggage storage service is provided in the event. Teams could either use the service or keep their personal belongings by themselves. Yet, World Green Organisation cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen property.
5.隊伍須於指定時間進入比賽等候區。比賽地圖將於全隊隊員進入等候區時派發,但凡取得地圖後不得離開等候區。Teams should enter the waiting area at designated time. Competition maps will be distributed when all team members are checked-in. Once the competition maps are distributed to all team members, all team members are not allowed to leave the waiting area.
活動期間 During Event
1.為支持環保,活動期間參賽隊伍應盡力避免任何破壞環境及浪費資源的行為。請將自備的空水樽、食品包裝袋及廢紙等垃圾,必須拋棄於垃圾回收箱內,以保持地方清潔。
In the spirit of environment protection, all participants are encouraged to keep the place clean. The organiser encourages them to recycle any empty bottles and food packages.
2.隊伍到達檢查點的時間以拍卡系統所記錄的時間為準。如隊伍懷疑未能成功拍卡,請立即向在場工作人員反映及作出記錄,並在地圖上的印有的備用打孔格內以機械式打孔器在方格內打孔,以證明曾到訪該檢查點。所有成績以電子打咭的記錄爲準,比賽隊伍必須確保在電子打咭器上正確打咭,如電子打咭未有記錄的,將會列作未能完成而不計算成績。
Arrival time of each team will be based on the timestamp recorded at checkpoints in the system. If teams suspect any unsuccessful timestamp recording, please report to the staff members on site, punch a hole on the spare punched area printed on the map using the mechanical puncher provided at each checkpoint for record. All results are subjected to the system. Teams should ensure that the electronic timing clips is properly tapped, otherwise the score will not be counted.
3.參加者應以公平、誠實、友善的態度進行活動,並尊重其他參加者、大會人員,以及活動範圍中的居民。
Participants should take a fair, honest and friendly attitude, and show respects towards other participants, staff members and residents in the event area.
活動後 After Event
1.參賽者必需於比賽後交還電子打咭,如有違失或破壞須賠償HK$150。
Teams are required to return the electronic timing clips after the competition. All equipment is required to be returned to the organiser. If found damaged or lost during the event, teams will be subjected to a compensation of HK$150 per chip.
2.比賽途中如有個別隊員需要臨時退出,隊員需於返回終點打卡前必須向工作人員說明,否則工作人員有權拒絕該隊伍在終點打咭。
If there is/are individual participants who quit during the competition, teams must report to staff members before tapping the final checkpoint at the finish line. Otherwise, the organiser reserves the right to reject check-in at the finish line.
保險、健康及安全提示 Insurance, Health and Safety
1.大會已購買第三者保險,如有需要的參賽者可自行購買個人或相關保險。
Public liability is covered by the organiser; Participants are advised to purchase their own insurance if necessary.
2.時刻留意自己的身體狀況,必須量力而為。如有不適,請即告知同行隊員,切勿勉強行事。
Please pay attention to your physical condition. If you experience any discomfort, please tell your team members or the staff on-site and do not push yourself over the limit.
3.在任何情況下,切勿撇下隊員不顧。遇有隊員受傷或體力不支,同行隊友必須將傷者送往最近的檢查點 / 急救站求助。
Never leave your team members unattended in any circumstances. If your team member is injured or exhausted, please send him / her to the nearest checkpoint / first aid depot for help.
4.如受傷隊員傷勢嚴重或不能走動,建議立即撥緊急電話號碼 (列印於各參加者的地圖上),說明所在位置,並陪伴傷者至救援人員到達為止。
If your team member is seriously injured or cannot walk, please call the emergency hotline (telephone number printed on the map of participants), indicate your location and accompany him / her until the arrival of our first-aider.
5.大會會場及多個檢查點均設有救傷隊提供急救服務。
First aids are available inside the start/finish point and at several checkpoints. (all shown on the map).
6.請留意活動當日的天氣情況做好預防措施,例如使用防曬用品或穿著合適衣物等。
Participants are advised to take protective measures for the weather, such as applying sunscreen and wearing appropriate clothing.
7.謹記於活動期間定期飲水為身體補充所流失的水份。
Please drink plenty of water to recover the body fluids lost during the event.
8.空氣質素健康指數:請留意環保署的空氣質素健康指數(AQHI),尤其當健康風險級別達高、甚高或嚴重的水平時,建議參賽者應先諮詢醫生意見是否適合參加戶外活動。
Please take note of the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI), especially when the Health Risk Category reaches high, very high or serious. Please consult medical advice to decide whether to participate in outdoor activities.
中途退出 Quitting During the Competition
1.如參賽隊伍/ 個別隊員有意中途退出,必須先行到最近的檢查點辦理退出手續,以便大會妥善記錄及處理。工作人員會記錄退出隊員及其所屬隊伍的資料 (凡有參賽者中途退出的團隊,將不可競逐任何獎項)。
Participants who intend to quit during the competition must report to the nearest checkpoint and return the electronic timing clips. We will record the information of the participant (Teams cannot compete for the awards if any one of the members quit during the competition.).
2.未能完成賽事的參賽者,離開前亦需先通知大會,並交還電子打咭。如大會發現隊伍於衝線時並未集齊全部隊員,此隊伍將有機會被取消資格。
Participants who quit during the competition must report and return the electronic timing clips to us. If any missing team member(s) is found at the finish line, the team may be disqualified.
惡劣天氣安排 Adverse Weather Arrangements
1.如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,賽事將會取消。
If a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at or after 12 noon on the day before the competition, the event will be cancelled.
2.如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨,賽事將會取消。
If a black rainstorm hangs on or after 12 am on the day of the match, the event will be cancelled.
3.如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨,雷暴或三號颱風警告,將如期進行。
If the Observatory hoists red rainstorms at or after 6 am on the day of the competition, a thunderstorm or a typhoon warning No. 3 will proceed as scheduled.
4.活動期間如天氣轉壞或天文台發出上述警告信號,大會有權更改賽程或取消活動。請留意現場工作人員的指示。
If any of the above weather warning signals are in effect or the adverse weather condition happens during the event, the organiser reserves the right to amend the race route or cancel the event. Please follow the on-site instructions.
5.所有報名費恕不退還。在扣除籌辦成本後,餘下款項將撥作支持「世界綠色組織」推動環境保育工作之用途。
All participation fees are non-refundable. All proceeds, after deducting expenses, will go to World Green Organisation to sustain and support the environmental conservation development.

懲罰及賽果上訴 Penalty & Appeals
1.違反本賽事任何規則,將被取消參賽資格(DQ ),其成績也將被取消資格。
The penalty for breaching any of the aforementioned rules is subject to disqualification. Any team disqualified under this rule shall be recorded as disqualified (DQ).
2.大會將於比賽當日即場公佈各組別不同獎項的得獎名單,如參賽者對賽果有質疑,必須於成績公佈後的15分鐘內提出上訴,質詢者需向終點區的詢問處提交上訴申請表格,並繳付上訴費用HK$100。如上訴被駁回,所繳費用將不獲發還。
On the event day, the winners list will be announced on site. Appeals to the winners list must be submitted within 15 minutes after result announcements by filling in the form and paying HK$100 deposit to the Information Counter located at the finish line. The deposit will be forfeited if the appeal is unsuccessful.
3.大會保留權利不接納任何於成績公佈後7天或之後的爭議或上訴。
The organiser reserves the right not to entertain any disputes or appeals submitted after the 7-day grace period.
其他 Others
1.如本網站的中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以中文版本為準。
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English version of the website, the Chinese version shall prevail.
2.如有任何爭議時,大會將保留一切最終決定權。
The organiser reserves the rights of final decision on the arrangement of the event.
注意事項
報名事宜 Enrolment
1. 網上報名 (大會建議) 報名費用為每隊HK$150(繽紛組)/$200(競賽組))
Online registration fee is HK$150 of each team for Fun Walk and HK$200 for Challenge Race
2. 截止報名日期延長至2019年9月15日。
*若名額於截止日期前已滿,報名期不會立即中止,但所有報名申請將列入候補名單
The deadline for registration is extended to September 15, 2019.
* If the quota is fulfilled before the deadline, the registration period will not be suspended immediately, but all applications will be placed on the waiting list.
3. 網上報名系統當收到參賽隊伍的報名資料後,會自動向參賽人士發出確認電郵,表示報名資料已被記錄。請檢查是否收到大會電郵。
After receiving the registration information of the participating teams, the online registration system will automatically send a confirmation email to each teammate, indicating that the registration information has been recorded. Please make sure that you have received the confirmation email.
4. 大會將訂於9月6日或之前發出「參賽提示」電郵,如隊伍未能接獲電郵,請盡快與大會聯絡。
The reminder email will be issued on or before September 6, 2019. If a team fails to receive the email, please call our hotline as soon as possible.
